Chef Andrew Garbarino will take each guest through a tasting experience of 4, 8, 14 or 21 courses.
Each dish is a sensory delight, prepared with modern techniques and methods to immerse guests in their meal.
The Twisted Frenchman’s wine list will offer selections from classic French regions both by the glass and by the bottle. Wines will focus on terroir-driven growers and producers with traditional varietals as well as some lesser known grapes playing a role to compliment the food from the kitchen.
An extensive reserve list will carry this concept forward with options for all price ranges. The sommelier team will also have wine pairings available for the tasting menus served at The Twisted Frenchman.
Patrons will also have cocktails available from our first floor restaurant, La Riviera Bistro.
